If your equipment still has value, we’ll pick it up at no cost and recycle or resell it as needed.

How It Works:

1. Schedule a Pickup: Contact us to set up a pickup time.

2. Submit an Image: We will reply and ask for images and specific questions about the equipment.

3. Decommission & Remove: Our team safely removes and decommissions your tech systems.

4. Assessment & Action: We recycle or resell your equipment based on its condition. This process is how we can offer the service for free when the equipment retains value.

5. Recycling & Disposal: If the equipment has no value, we recycle it responsibly..

What We Collect:

• Audio & Video Systems:
  Surround sound receivers, speakers, home theater systems, amplifiers, audio/video processors, automation systems.

• Computers & Network Equipment:
  Desktops, laptops, routers, switches, cables, and other network hardware.

• Flat-Screen TVs & Monitors:
  Older or small TVs and monitors for recycling or refurbishing. (We do not accept displays or televisions larger than 55".)

• Equipment Racks & Hardware:
  Audio/video equipment racks, server racks, mount systems, and related accessories.

Pricing:

• 90% of the Time, No Charge for Pickup: If your equipment is in good condition, we generally offer free pickup. This is based on the images and details you provide. We are selective about what we pick up, ensuring that items we collect retain value for recycling or resale.

• When Do We Charge a Fee?: In some cases, we may quote a fee for removal, such as when equipment requires repair or if the removal is more complex (e.g., wall-mounted items). This will be reviewed ahead of time, and there are no surprise invoices.

Sales & Installation Services: We also offer sales and installation of new audio, video, and network systems. From home theaters to office networks, we provide expert installation for your new equipment.
